- Leasing: If you are looking for a new tenant, or want to re-negotiate a deal with the current tenant, Summit will manage the bid process for you and make a recommendation for the best course of action.
- Farm Management: Summit will provide you with a farm manager who is your eyes and ears on the farm. They will make frequent visits during the growing season and provide written reports on their recommendations.
